ADDITIONAL QUALITIES
As a key member of the Einstein Industries, Inc. IT team, you will be the leading force of our UNIX/Linux System Administration and Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure management. Under guidance of the Vice President of Information Technology, you will develop and maintain all corporate IT infrastructure, including Unix/Linux i386-based servers, load balancers, routers, switches, firewalls, backup robots, etc. Your day-to-day duties will include hardware assembly, installation, patching, data backup and recovery, maintenance, and monitoring. To keep our systems current with changing technologies, you will be expected to conduct system analysis and development with limited support and direction from professional staff. You will also coordinate with vendors on operating systems updates and maintenance.

After the first of the month, following three full calendar months of employment, new employees can enroll in any and all plans, and while some require monthly premiums, the company pays the majority of the costs.

Medical
Two excellent choices are available to you and your family: a PPO plan or an HMO plan. Each one provides excellent coverage. Small office co-pays can make going to the doctor a breeze.
Dental
A PPO plan allows you the freedom to choose any dentist you wish, but a higher level of benefit is provided if you choose a network provider. This plan provides preventive, basic, and major dental services with a low premium cost to the employee.
Group Life Insurance and AD&D
You will be covered for $50,000. In the case of an accidental death, the coverage amount doubles. This benefit is an employer-paid benefit.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
We are pleased to provide employees with this coverage. This benefit provides a pay continuation should you have an illness or injury that exceeds 90 days. This benefit is an employer-paid benefit.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Professional counseling services are provided to employees and their eligible dependents on a confidential basis. The benefit is an employer-paid benefit.
401(k) Plan
Einstein Industries, Inc., provides an excellent way for you to save for retirement with our 401(k) plan. It features quarterly entry dates (after eligibility is met), an opportunity to contribute up to the annual IRS maximum amount, plan rollover, and a loan option.
Vacation Days, Sick Leave, and Holidays
All full-time employees start earning vacation at the rate of two weeks per year immediately after hire. At three years, time is earned at twelve days; at five years, time is earned at three weeks. Sick leave is accrued at five days per year. In addition, we provide several paid holidays during each calendar year.
