Sourcing materials, making prototypes and designing products using software programs, studying illustrations and photographs to plan presentations of materials, products, or services, while selecting style and size of types of print advertising and packaging to facilitate promotional packages for clients; developing and designing layouts for material to be presented by visual communication medias; preparing illustrations and rough sketches of material according to instructions by supervisor and following through to mark up, paste and assemble for final layout; assist in interactive media design, web design and print; arranging layouts based upon available space using knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts; and reviewing final layout and suggesting improvements as needed.

Einstein Industries, Inc., provides all full-time employees with a comprehensive, high-quality benefits package. After the first of the month, following three full calendar months of employment, new employees can enroll in any and all plans, and while some require monthly premiums, the company pays the majority of the costs.
Following is a summary of current benefits:
Medical
Two excellent choices are available to you and your family: a PPO plan or an HMO plan. Each one provides excellent coverage for the single employee. You pay a share of employee monthly premiums and full premium cost for dependents. Small office co-pays can make going to the doctor a breeze. Annual open enrollment allows ease of transfer between plans.
Dental
A PPO plan allows you the freedom to choose any dentist you wish, but a higher level of benefit is provided if you choose a network provider. This plan provides preventive, basic, and major dental services with a low premium cost to the employee.
Group Life Insurance and AD&D
You will be covered for $50,000. If it is an accidental death, the coverage amount doubles. This benefit is an employer-paid benefit.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
We are pleased to provide employees with this coverage. This benefit provides a pay continuation should you have an illness or injury that exceeds 90 days. This benefit is an employer-paid benefit.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Professional counseling services are provided to employees and their eligible dependents on a confidential basis. The benefit is an employer-paid benefit.
401(k) Plan
Einstein Industries, Inc., provides an excellent way for you to save for retirement with our 401(k) plan. It features quarterly entry dates (after eligibility is met), an opportunity to contribute up to the annual IRS maximum amount, plan rollover, and a loan option.
Vacation Days, Sick Leave, and Holidays
All employees start earning vacation at the rate of two weeks per year. At three years, time is earned at twelve days; at five years, time is earned at three weeks. Sick leave is accrued at five days per year. In addition, we have nine scheduled paid holidays during each calendar year and one floater holiday, which can be taken at any time.
